PRODUCT COST
What the U.S. store (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg) charges for your items. Depending on the store, U.S. domestic delivery fees may apply. These costs will be set out in your quote.
SHIPPING
What couriers (USPS, DHL, etc.) charge to ship items from U.S. to your door. Costs are based on your location and the mass & dimensions of your parcels. All orders are trackable and insured.
SERVICE FEE
What we charge to take care of the entire purchasing process for you. For each order, the service fee is $50 for the first item and $15 for each extra item.
Paypal FEE
For international online payments, PayPal charges for 4.4% of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee based on the currency.

What Do Couriers Cover?
Customs Clearance
The customs clearance process may vary in different countries, and couriers may request you for certain documentation on behalf of local customs. If you import items as a corporation instead of an individual, the process could take a little longer and you may be required to provide additional information such as your tax number, Employer ID, etc.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Depends on where your nominated address is, customs duties and import taxes may apply. In most cases, they are charged by Couriers on behalf of your local customs. A courier staff will contact via phone or email you once the parcel is in the customs clearance process, giving you payment instructions.
Last-Mile Delivery
Once your payment has been confirmed and the customs clearance process has been completed, the courier will proceed with the delivery to your nominated address.

We Receive
For ONE U.S. Sales Tax-Free item priced at $1,000, a payment of $1,098.64 should be charged. $50 will go to our service fees, and $48.64 will goes to PayPal.
For TWO U.S. Sales Tax-Free items priced at $1,000 in total, a payment of $1,114.33 should be charged. $50+15 will go to our service fees, and $49.33 will goes to PayPal.

For an Economic parcel priced at $23, a payment of $24.37 should be sent. $1.37 will goes to PayPal.
For an Express parcel priced at $43, a payment of $45.29 should be sent. $2.29 will goes to PayPal.
